Tom Regan is no stranger to complexity.

With eight children (raised alongside the “best wife ever”), a desire to help others through service, and 28 years in the mortgage industry, Tom embraces the challenges of life and actively works to provide clear direction to everyone around him.

As a senior mortgage lender, Tom’s goal is to guide members through the maze of guidelines, programs, rates and options to come up with a loan that fits their lifestyle.

“I love the satisfaction of providing people with the best loan structure to meet their financial goals,” he says. “Nothing is more satisfying.”

The experienced mortgage lender graduated from Grand Valley State with a bachelor’s in business administration in marketing and finance and holds a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) designation. He is also active in the Greater Grand Rapids Home Builders Association.

When not at work, Tom enjoys coaching and watching baseball, spending time with his family, and attending his children’s many activities. He also regularly volunteers for service projects within the Grand Rapids community to help those in need.
