Now more than ever it’s important we have your accurate contact information in our systems. Update your personal information today. To keep you in the loop of important announcements regarding member services, loan deferral programs and more, please log in to Online Banking to ensure we have your correct address, phone/cell number and email address on hand. (Email is especially important as that is the only method we have to contact you in certain circumstances.) To make changes inside Online Banking, click on the circle with your initials >> Profile >> and then review the information found under both the Personal Details and Address tabs. Additionally, now’s a good time to take a look at the following:

  • Alerts – There are both security alerts and account alerts available, for things like balances, cards and bill pay, to notify you when certain activities take place.
  • eStatements – Signing up for eStatements is an easy way to reduce the use of natural resources, plus they are faster and more secure than paper communications.
  • Text banking – Access your account information via text banking by adding 8009912221 to your contacts and following these steps.
