The National Association for Business Resources has named the Best and Brightest Companies To Work For® in the Nation and Consumers Credit Union is honored to have been acknowledged as one of three Best of the Best companies in the medium sized business category.

The 2016 winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm, which reviewed a number of key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners. Winners like Consumers are selected based on their high scores, which set them above and beyond. Scores for each category are based on data reported by the companies HR departments and feedback gathered from employee surveys. Consumers averaged in the 90^th percentile or above. This is the second time Consumers has been awarded a Best and Brightest Award at the national level, in 2013 they were named one of the 101 Best Companies to Work For. Consumers has received recognition for its wellness, training, and HR programs regularly over the last 10 years.
